Exchange 2010 OWA Certificate problems

As we do not have the same Active Directory Domain Name as our Web Domain Name we had problems to implement our certificate bought at Globalsign in our Exchange Server. The internal and external Domain names were correctly set.

It is important to import your certificate in your Exchange Server before you follow these steps:

1) Open your IIS Manager => Select the Default Web Site => Right side: Bindings

2) A popup fires up and shows the Bindings per interface. By default https listens on all interfaces (*).

3) So remove the wildcard (https:443 *) and add your interfaces and select the certificate you need for the interface

4) Hooray ! You should now see the correct settings for your interfaces and the correct certificates are used for the connections.
